Kho Kho Australia

Kho Kho Australia is dedicated to fostering the growth and development of Kho Kho across the nation. Our purpose is to introduce this traditional Indian sport to communities throughout Australia, giving it a strong foundation at the grassroots level. We believe that Kho Kho’s unique blend of speed, agility, and strategy has the potential to captivate athletes and fans alike. By building awareness, organizing competitions, and creating opportunities for participation, we aim to firmly establish Kho Kho in Australia’s sporting landscape, encouraging more individuals to experience the excitement and camaraderie that the sport offers.

Our vision is to see Kho Kho flourish in Australia, not only at the grassroots but also on the international stage. We are committed to leading Australia’s representation in global competitions, ensuring that our athletes compete with pride and determination. As we work towards this, our focus remains on nurturing talent and building a sustainable future for Kho Kho. We believe that with the right support and infrastructure, Australia can emerge as a leading contender in the sport, showcasing the dedication and skill of our athletes on the world stage.

At Kho Kho Australia, our mission is rooted in the values of teamwork, respect, and excellence—values that resonate deeply within Australia’s sporting culture. We are proud to be a member of the International Kho Kho Federation and are honored to have been selected to send both men’s and women’s teams to compete in the inaugural 2025 Kho Kho World Cup in Delhi, India. This opportunity marks a significant milestone for our organization and for the future of Kho Kho in Australia. We look forward to representing our country with the spirit of sportsmanship that defines Australian athletes globally.
